SOLLEN guarantees a premium delivery service for every order placed.
Premium delivery is a service that allows you to receive your furniture already assembled and placed in the living room of your choice, even if you live upstairs! Always informed!
A regular and personalized follow-up is done as soon as your order is placed. You are never alone, always informed of the status of your order by SOLLEN, and of your delivery by our carriers.
At the time of delivery
Our carrier makes an appointment with you to agree on the date and time of delivery.
In addition, our carrier provides you with an online platform, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
Upon receipt
When the carrier arrives at your home, he calls you, and deposits your furniture in the room of your choice.
When you unpack your order, your furniture is already assembled. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy!
*This Premium delivery is charged at 60€ per product (decreasing price according to the order), this corresponds to a fixed participation.
SOLLEN will pay the rest of the shipping costs.

This advantage requires an estimated 6 to 8 weeks of manufacturing and delivery time before you receive your order. Indeed, our products are custom designed by our manufacturers:
The wooden structure is made in Tonnay-Boutonne (17), the foam, the installation of the fabric and the assembly are made in Hagetmau (40).
We understand that the wait can be long, but we are doing everything we can to reduce these delays.

THE RETURNS
- CHANGE YOUR MIND?
Don’t want to keep the seat you ordered?
You have 60 days from the date of receipt to return it to us.
It must be perfectly new, show no trace of use, and be sent protected in an appropriate packaging. Upon receipt of the product, and after control, we will realize the refund.
- YOUR FURNITURE IS DAMAGED?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
SOLLEN takes great care in preparing your order: we check the condition of our products several times before shipping.
If the defect is visible at the time of delivery, refuse the furniture by indicating on the delivery note the defects encountered. Take a picture of it too.
If the defect is visible after delivery, we invite you to contact us within 3 days. We will find the most suitable and satisfactory solution for you.

You must fill in the form adapted to your request, which you will find in the GTC. This document is to be put in the package.
After receiving your product, and checking the facts, we will make a refund of it within 14 days.
