SOLLEN guarantees you a service of delivery Premium for each order placed.
Premium delivery is a service allowing you to receive your furniture already assembled, placed in the living room of your choice, even if you live upstairs! Always informed!
Regular and personalized monitoring is carried out as soon as your order is placed. You are never alone, always informed of the status of your order by SOLLEN, and of your delivery by our carriers.
- Upon delivery: Our carrier makes an appointment with you to agree on the delivery date and time.
In addition, our carrier provides you with an online platform, allowing you to track your delivery in real time.
- Upon receipt: When the carrier has arrived at your home, he will call you and leave your furniture in the room of your choice.
When you unpack your order, your furniture is already assembled. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy!
*This Premium delivery is billed at €60 per product (decreasing price depending on the order), this corresponding to a fixed participation.
SOLLEN covers the rest of the shipping costs.

This advantage requires an estimated manufacturing and delivery time of 6 to 8 weeks before receipt of your order. Indeed, our products are tailor-made by our manufacturers:
The wooden structure is made in Tonnay-Boutonne (17), the foam, the installation of the fabric as well as the assembly are made in Hagetmau (40).
We understand that the wait can be long, but we are doing everything we can to reduce these delays.

THE RETURNS
- ARE YOU CHANGING YOUR MIND?
You don't want to keep the seat you ordered?
You benefit from 60 days from date of receipt of it, to return it to us.
It must be perfectly new, show no traces of use, and sent protected in appropriate packaging. Upon receipt of the product, and after inspection, we will reimburse you.
- IS YOUR FURNITURE DAMAGED?
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
SOLLEN takes the greatest care in preparing your order: we check the condition of our products several times before shipping.
If the defect is visible upon delivery, refuse the furniture by indicating the defects encountered on the delivery note. Take a photo of it too.
If the defect is visible post-delivery, we invite you to contact us within 3 days. We will find the most suitable and satisfactory solution for you.

You must complete the form adapted to your request, which you will find in the General Terms and Conditions. This document must be put in the package.
After receipt of your product and verification of the facts, we will refund it within 14 days.
