We manufacture your orders on demand to limit our environmental impact. Therefore, the delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks.
Our seating furniture is mainly produced in France and in Europe. The materials we use are noble and durable.

What happens to damaged, broken or returned products?
SOLLEN is committed to giving a second life to its furniture, and to redistributing it.
I have damaged my furniture, what can I do?
Contact Customer Service, we will propose a suitable solution.
How do I take care of my products?
Natural light can alter wood and veneers. We advise you not to expose your furniture to sunlight. Clean the base regularly with a dry cloth.
Any type of liquid can damage the wood of your furniture. If you spill any, mop it up quickly.
Concerning the covering of the seat, please refer to the data sheet of the concerned product.
How long do I have to return my product if it does not suit me?
You have 60 days to return the purchased furniture.
After receipt and verification of the product at SOLLEN, the refund will be made.
You are responsible for the costs.

An order cannot be modified after payment.
How do I cancel my order?
After validation of your order, it will not be possible to cancel it. Validation is instantaneous after payment.

You have the opportunity to choose the date and time of delivery of your furniture.
For your comfort, your furniture is delivered assembled and installed in the living room of your choice.
Be sure to give the carrier all the necessary information.
Also, make sure that access to the living area can be done without hindrance.
Can I change my delivery address?
It is possible to change the delivery address before the product is shipped.
Is my furniture delivered assembled?
SOLLEN offers you this service. Our products are prepared in our workshops by professionals, and are delivered to you assembled.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
SOLLEN takes great care in preparing your order: we check the condition of our products several times before shipping.
If the defect is visible at the time of delivery, refuse the furniture by indicating on the delivery note the defects encountered. Take a picture of it too.
If the defect is visible after delivery, we invite you to contact us within 3 days. We will find the most suitable and satisfactory solution for you.

Can I have my order delivered abroad?
It is possible to order from a foreign country. However, this involves additional shipping costs. Please refer to the price list.
