How does the brand have an eco-responsible commitment?

SOLLEN is an eco-responsible brand: we reduce our ecological footprint thanks to our local design.

We manufacture your orders on demand in order to limit our environmental impact. As a result, delivery times are 6 to 8 weeks.

Our seating furniture is produced mainly in France and in Europe. The materials we use are noble and durable.

Refer to each product sheet for details of the materials used.

What happens to damaged, broken products returned by customers?

SOLLEN is committed to giving its furniture a second life and redistributing it.

I damaged my furniture, what can I do?

Contact Customer Service, we will offer you a suitable solution.

How do I take care of my products?

Natural light can alter wood and veneers. We advise you not to expose your furniture to sunlight. Clean the base regularly using a dry cloth.

Any type of liquid can damage the wood of your furniture. If you spill any, blot it up very quickly.

Regarding the seat covering, refer to the product sheet concerned.

YOUR ORDER

How long do I have to return my product if it does not suit me?

You have 60 days to return the purchased furniture to us.

After receipt and verification of the product at SOLLEN, the refund will be made to you.

The costs are your responsibility.

Can I modify my order?

An order cannot be modified after payment.

How do I cancel my order?

After validation of your order, you will no longer be able to cancel it. Validation is instantaneous after payment.

THE DELIVERY

What is comfort delivery?

Our partners ensure comfortable delivery of your furniture.

You have the opportunity to choose the date and time of delivery of your furniture.

For your comfort, your furniture is delivered assembled and installed in the living room of your choice. 

Be sure to provide the carrier with all the necessary information.

Also be sure to ensure that access to the living room can be done without problems. 

Can I change my delivery address?

You can change the delivery address before shipping the product.

Is my furniture delivered assembled?

SOLLEN offers you this service. Our products are prepared in our workshops by professionals, and delivered to you assembled.

What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.

SOLLEN takes the greatest care in preparing your order: we check the condition of our products several times before shipping.

If the defect is visible upon delivery, refuse the furniture by indicating the defects encountered on the delivery note. Take a photo of it too.

If the defect is visible post-delivery, we invite you to contact us within 3 days. We will find the most suitable and satisfactory solution for you.

Can I have it delivered abroad?

It is entirely possible for you to order from a foreign country. However, this involves additional delivery costs. Refer to the price list.
