At SOLLEN, we are committed to the sustainability of our products and, as a manufacturer, assume our responsibility towards the environment.<\/strong> In order to objectively measure our impact, we wanted to collaborate with ECO IMPACT<\/strong>, an independent organization specializing in the rigorous assessment of the environmental and social impact of furniture products.<\/p>

Our collaboration with ECO IMPACT<\/strong> allowed us to obtain an outside point of view on our products, take a step back from our processes and identify new areas for improvement.<\/p>

Also, all our products have been evaluated individually, taking into account all stages of their life cycle.<\/p>

Using ECO IMPACT<\/strong>, we are therefore able to communicate transparently on the environmental impact of our products and pursue our objective of continuous improvement in order to guarantee our promise: designer and sustainable furniture with an eco-responsible signature.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ecodesign, or ecodesign, is a preventive approach which consists of designing a product, from the design phase, in order to minimize its environmental impact by taking into account its impacts on the environment throughout its life cycle, from the extraction of raw materials to their recovery at the end of their life.<\/p>

The quality of manufacturing and materials ensures durability and repairability to increase the lifespan of our furniture in order to minimize its environmental impact. For example, the wood glue we use is free of formaldehyde<\/strong>\u00a0and is not harmful to humans or the environment. The finishing oil provides natural, durable and easily repairable protection.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

To ensure this reasoned exploitation, we select\u00a0PEFC certified wood<\/strong> throughout the entire supply chain, starting from the forest of origin.
